We believe that self-care should always be accessible – and this is just one way we’re making that possible for you. If you would like to use this payment option, please let us know in advance either at your initial consultation or prior to treatment so we are able to complete the payment plan consent forms for you ahead of your appointment. 

 

T E R M S  &  C O N D I T I O N S

Our Pay in 3 option is designed to offer flexibility and peace of mind, allowing you to spread the cost of your treatment over three equal payments. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before opting in.

How do I know if i'm eligible?

• Pay in 3 is available for treatments or combined treatments with a total value of £300 or more.

• This option is available to clients aged 18 and over.

How does the pay in 3 work?

• The total cost of your treatment will be split into three equal payments.

• The first payment is due on the day of treatment.

• The second and third payments will be due monthly, on the same calendar day as your initial appointment, over the following two months.

What do I need to sign?

• You must sign the Pay in 3 Agreement Form prior to treatment, during your consultation or appointment with the practitioner.

• By signing the agreement, you are confirming that you understand and accept these terms and commit to making all scheduled payments in full and on time.

What happens if any of my payments are late?

• Payments must be made on or before the agreed due dates.

• Late or missed payments will incur a £50 late payment fee per overdue installment.

• Continued failure to pay may result in suspension of access to further treatments until your balance is cleared.

No credit checks are required to use this service.

There is no interest or additional cost to use the Pay in 3 option, provided payments are made on time.

This payment plan is offered at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline or withdraw the option at any time.
