IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING ANTI WRINKLE BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ - Updated 13/06/25

From 1st June 2025, all our clients must now have a quick, in-person consultation with our lovely nurse prescriber before anti-wrinkle can be administered. This cannot be via video call, it must be face to face at our clinic. This applies even if you’ve had the treatment with us before. Our prescriber will meet with you face-to-face for around 10 minutes to confirm you’re medically suitable for anti wrinkle and ensure your medical history has not changed. There is a £30 consultation fee, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

 

Why this is so important (and necessary!)...

As we go through life, our health can change. Medical conditions may develop or evolve, and the medications we take can also change. These factors can affect how safe and effective anti-wrinkle treatments are for you. For example, certain medical conditions or medications may increase the risk of side effects or interact with the treatment in ways that weren't relevant six months ago! A quick six-monthly review allows our nurse prescriber to assess your overall health, sign off your prescription, update your medical history, and ensure that the treatment is still appropriate and safe for you. Our lovely prescriber will be visiting our clinic 2-3 times per month and all appointment information will be advertised across social media platforms & our website; so if you are due your anti-wrinkle within the next 6 months, we urge you to get booked in to avoid disappointment.

 

We are fully committed to staying compliant with all current regulations, as well as any new rules that may be introduced in the future. Regulation in the aesthetics industry is something we fully support and encourage in order to keep our clients as safe as possible whether they decide to visit us or any other clinic, it provides full peace of mind to know the practitioner treating you is fully compliant. To ensure we continue to provide safe care, it is essential that you have been seen by our nurse prescriber within the last six months before receiving any anti-wrinkle treatment. This regular review not only keeps us aligned with regulatory standards but also ensures that your treatment remains medically appropriate and safe, based on your most up-to-date health and medication history. Your safety is our priority, and maintaining this standard is a key part of our professional and ethical responsibility to you.

 

It is only a quick 10 minute chat twice a year so think of it as 20 minutes out of your whole year! 

 

To simplify, from 1st June 2025, ALL anti wrinkle bookings will be conducted in the following manner:

1ST VISIT - Meet with our prescriber and practitioner Shannon (£30 paid to prescriber)

2ND VISIT - Anti wrinkle appointment with practitioner Shannon

3RD VISIT - Anti wrinkle review appointment with practitioner Shannon
